Chocolate Cakes (Wedding & Celebration)
Your chocolate cake must be kept cool during delivery, and while refrigerated delivery is not necessary, it is important that it is not in direct sunlight. We usually deliver and set up chocolate cakes on the day of the event, but if you would prefer to collect, we would advise collecting the evening before, however, if adding fresh fruit or fresh flowers, this should only be done on the morning of the event. |
Store chocolate covered cakes in a cool room before the event, keeping white chocolate away from any strong flavours. Avoid refrigeration as it can cause condensation to form. After the event, eat left overs within a week, or freeze for up to six months. |
Served in small slices either on a tray or on small plates with coffee, or as larger portions served with cream, fruit or fruit coulis as dessert. Refrigeration, or even a few moments in the freezer, makes serving easier, and enables any chocolate curls or flakes to be removed and reserved for decorating the plates. |
